Very impressed. Clean, spacious business. Polite employees. They gave me a quote for an additional car key fob and broke down what the cost was for (fob, programming, and security key). Ordered the key and it arrived in a timely manner. They were able to program it quickly. Very helpful. Will go back.

I have used them in the past. I call ahead to make sure they can help. I called today and told the person on the other end that I had a safe and the model #. He told me, "Our company doesn't do safes". (Then , why is the company named Bill's Lock and Safe?). Then he hung up.

The staff was beyond impressive. Some of the lowest prices around as far as key copies. Nice and patient. They are also pretty funny so thats a plus!
